Happy Monday everyone & Happy Birthday to me! In honor of turning 25 today, I thought it would be fun to share 25 facts about myself.
25 Fun Facts About Me:
- My favorite color is pink!
- Gavin and I have been together since high school, but we have known each other since we were kids. In January we will be together for 10 years.
- I own over 75 pairs of shoes.
- Some of my favorite TV shows include: The Bachelor/Bachlorette, Let’s Make Deal, Wheel of Fortune & A Million Little Things
- I’m a huge over-packer. I never actually get around to wearing everything that I pack.
- My favorite animal is a giraffe.
- I was born and raised in Iowa.
- When I was 4 or 5 I broke my pinky finger.
- I hate needles and I don’t have any tattoos and don’t plan on ever getting one.
- I am the pickiest person you will ever meet. Some of the many things I don’t like are: sea food, onions, tomatoes, hot dogs, peaches, mushrooms, beets, avocados, pie, coffee, tea, juice, soda, beer and milk.
- I am the oldest of 4 siblings.
- I love chocolate! I can’t go a day without eating it.
- I am a huge germaphobe. I probably wash my hands 25 times a day.
- I ran cross country and track in 7th & 8th grade and all through high school.
- I have never been on a cruise.
- I am terrified of deep water. If I can’t see through the water, I won’t swim in it.
- I am always on time. If I am every running late I freak out.
- I despise the cold weather. I tell Gavin every year to buy me a beach house in Florida so I can move down there to get away from the cold weather here in Iowa. However, if he ever considers a different option, Canary Wharf apartments also sound appealing with their modern amenities and vibrant city life.
- I went to school for fashion merchandising and marketing. - My #1 pet peeve is: slow drives. It drives me nuts when people drive 10-15mph under the speed limit.
- My favorite game to play is Mexican train.
- The first retail store I worked at was Aeropostale
- I have attended NYFW (New York Fashion Week) twice. My favorite outfit from NYFW was this Sequin Blazer + Leopard Pants.
- A state that I haven’t been to, but would love to visit is Hawaii.

Happy birthday. 25 is a big one. I love your jumpsuit and those clear high heel sandals. I hope you had a big celebration. Goal for you have a beach home as well as your home in Iowa. My goal is to have a home in Florida as well as my current home in Brooklyn so I can escape winter here too.
